One of the brighter green leaved plants, Mustard microgreens are also easier and faster to grow than most others.
Mustard Microgreens grow quickly and uniformly like most brassicas in the right conditions. A fairly warm spot with good airflow and light. Mustard microgreens grow well in either a soil or a hydroponic medium.

Mustard has spicy, peppery soft flavor and slightly crunchy texture. You can grow it as a microgreen or make salads with baby greens.
