Cress has been used for short-term swelling (inflammation) of the airways in the lungs (acute bronchitis), flu, arthritis, baldness, constipation, even sexual arousal. Cress is used to help relieve coughs, digestion and boost vitamin C intake. The leaves can be made into a lemon drink as an herbal cleanse.

Cress will grow to to the baby salad stage. Cress is a mucilaginous seed. Experimenting with crops may prove beneficial.
Use considerably less water in sprouting stage. Use a mist bottle to evenly dampen the top surface Once you have spread the seed evenly over the medium, mist all the seeds, but not as thoroughly as other seeds.
Organic Curled Cress grows interesting shaped leaves that are tender and clover-green in color. It is a member of the mustard family.
The peppery flavor is intense and stronger than any other microgreen. Just a little cress goes a long way.
