Thia succulent blend of gourmet greens will satisfy your pallet and is extremely healthy. Although this blend is popular with restaurants, you can grow these baby greens at home in as little as 4 weeks. as these are some of the simplest, hardiest, and quickest veggies to cultivate. When baby greens are enjoyed at their younger stages they are more tender. Their tiny bite size is packed with flavor and ideal for salads or sandwiches and as a garnish.

This collection of greens contains differing colors, textures and flavors of seed. The mix includes: arugula, spinach, swiss chard, endive, kale, mustard, and lettuces. You must thin your baby green seedling crop if crowding occurs. As the weeks pass, you'll see your baby greens develop into small leafy plants that are ready to eat after about 4 weeks. This collection of baby greens may continue to grow providing multiple harvests. It can be cut for up to 3 additional weeks. After the initial harvest, you can continue cutting your greens and enjoying them for several additional weeks.
